Weather & Cancellation Policy

As an outdoor activity, our sessions can be impacted by changes in weather. We always put the safety of our players first. We strive to make accurate decisions based on forecasts and daily weather conditions to determine if a session will go ahead or not.

Camp/ Session Cancellations

If a camp session (or part of) is cancelled due to weather, parents will receive an email once the decision has been made. If this is during a session, the coach on site will carry all parent’s emergency contact information and let everyone know immediately. If the weather looks questionable on the day of a session we will always communicate the plan to families can prepare accordingly.
